摘要
目的：探讨影响脑瘫手术效果的因素。方法：对１１７例脑瘫术后患者进行随访，发现５９例术后功能改善欠佳，并进行分析。结果：手术适应证的选择及术后功能训练是重要因素。结论：手术成功的关键在于严格掌握手术适应证和术后正确的功能训练。
Objective:To investigate the factors of the cerebral palsy(CP) after surgical curative effect.Method:117 cases of CP after surgical were follo wed-UP,It was found that,in 59 cases couldn’t get better therapeutic effects,and anslysis on it.Result:Kept in mind during the surgical treatment and function exercise were the factors of CP after surgical curative effect.Conclusion:It is the key points of a successful surgical are kept clearly in mind during the surgical treatment and correct function exercise.
