摘要
研究了浙江省春、夏大豆(Glycine max Merr.)2个自然群体产量和其他17个数量性状的遗传力,遗传相关和相对相关遗传进度(RCGA),并对17个数量性状进行了主成分分析。结果表明,在这2个自然群体中,生育期、株高、百粒重、蛋白质含量和油分含量等性状的遗传力值较高,分枝数,有效节数,单株荚数、粒数等性状的遗传力较低。春大豆群体中,每荚粒数和百粒重与产量呈极显著的正相关,用这2个性状作为产量单株选择的相关选择指标时,其RCGA值分别达125.3%和108.8%,效果优于产量的直接选择。同样,夏大豆的全生育期、生殖生长期、鼓粒期和百粒重的RCGA值分别达529.2%,357.1%,234.5%和395.6%,也可作为产量的间接选择指标。主成分析中,将春、夏二个大豆自然群体的17个数量性状分别综合成5个因子,用这5个因子可以选出适合不同育种目标的亲本和中间材料。因此,主成分分析法是研究大豆品种资源的一种有效的方法。
The heritabilities, genetic correlation, relative correlative genetic advances (RCGA) and main component analysis of 17 quantitative traits of spring and summer soybean land races in Zhejiacg were studied. The results indicated that the heritabilities of growth duration, plact height, 100-seed weight, protein and oil content were high. Heritabilities of yield, number of branches per main stem, number of podding nodes per plant, number of pods and seeds per plant were low. The significant (p<0.01) positive correlation between yield and number of seeds per pod, 100-seed weight in sprihg soybean land races were detected. The RCGA values of the two traits relative to the yield were 125.3%and 108.3%, respectively. The traits may become indirect selection criterion of yield. Similarly, there were significant (P<0.01) positive correlations between yield and growth duration, reproductive growth duration, seed filling duration and 100-seed weight in summer soybean. The RCGA values of the traits were 529.2%, 357.1%, 234.5%, and 395.6%, respectvely. The traits also were indirect selection criterion of yield. Main component analysis of spring and summer soybean synthesized 17 quantitative traits to 5 factors, respectvely. This kind of analysis is helpful in the selection of desirable parents and medium materials of breeding, and it would be suitable for the study of germplasm resources.
