摘要
目的：探讨传统穴位结合神经干刺激治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效。方法：随机抽样，设对照组３６例（传统穴位组），对治疗前后疗效以Ｂｒｕｎｎｓｔｒｏｍ运动功能分级法和ＡＤＬＢａｒｔｈｅｒＩｎｄｅｘ进行评估。结果：传统穴位结合神经干刺激组对改善偏瘫患者的功能障碍及提高部分日常活动能力均优于单纯的传统穴位组。结论：传统穴位结合神经干刺激在治疗脑卒中偏瘫方面具有临床优势。
Objective:In order to study healing effect of stroke hemiplegia were treated by acupuncture combining nerve trunk electric stimulation.Methods:A controlled study was conducted to compare the effect of acupuncture combining nerve trunk electric stimulation with acupuncture therapy.Brunnstrom motor founction degree and ADL Barther Index's evaluation methods were used.Results:The result showed that acupuncture combining nerve trunk electric stimulation had better effect than acupuncture therapy on improvement of hemiplegia motor founction and ADL.Conclusions:Acupuncture combining nerve trunk electric stimulation has clinic advantage on treating hemiplegia.
