摘要
目的:探讨血管内低能量氦-氖激光治疗对急性脑血栓形成的疗效及作用机理。方法:用血管内低能量氦-氖激光照射治疗24例急性脑血栓形成患者,每日1次,每次30min,连续治疗10次;另选25例性别、年龄组成相似的急性脑血栓形成患者作为对照。两组患者均于症状达高峰后3d内和相隔21d后两次抽血,测定血浆中GMP-140、SOD和MDA含量,并同时评定神经功能缺损程度。结果:至病程第21d后,不论有无激光治疗,患者血浆中GMP140和MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05),神经功能缺损程度明显减轻(P<0.05),但经激光治疗者变化更明显(P<0.05);血浆中SOD含量都有所增加,仅激光治疗组变化有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:血管氦-氖激光治疗能降低脑血栓患者血浆中GMP-140和自由基含量,增强SOD活性,促进神经功能恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation on blood(IHNLB)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its mechanism.Methods:We treated 24 patients with ACI with IHNLB half an hour per times,once a day,ten consecutive days as one course.We also selected 25 age_and sex_matched patients with ACI as the control group.The values of GMP-140,superoxide dismutase (SOD)and MDA in plasma of patients from these two group(the treatment group and the control group)were tested within 3 days after illness and on the twenty-first day apart from the first testing time.The degree of neurological defunction of these patients from these two groups was tested twice at the same time as those plasma factors tested.Results:The plasma values of GMP-140 and MDA decreased singificantly and the neurological defunction improved as well on the 21 day after illness in the control group(all P<0.05).There were more significant decreases in plasma MDA and GMP-140 values and more singificant improvement of neurological function in the treatment group than in the control group.The plasma value of SOD increased not significantly in the control group,but significantly in the treatment group.Conclusion:Plasma values of GMP-140 and free radicals can be decreased and neurological function can be improved by treatment with intravascular He-Ne laser irradiationon on blood in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
