摘要 为探索适合我国国情的智力低下(MR)有效的治理方法,作者设计了由医师、教师、家庭与社会多方共同参予的综合治理的方案,于1988年2月~1991年1月对弱智学校20名MR儿童进行了为期三年的治理观察,以WISC-R智商(IQ)值与社会适应能力测试评分为指标,结合社会反响等作综合评估,并设有对照和部分录像记录。结果:治理组最初测定的平均IQ为33.7,一年后提高到38.3(P>0.05),其中操作IQ由41.7升到49.9(P<0.05);三年后平均IQ提高到41.5(P<0.05),操作IQ升到56.3(P<0.01);对照组平均IQ最初为38.11,一年后仍为38.1;1989年2月起加做了社会适应能力测试,治理组初次测试≤8分者有9例,1991年复试时仅4例,结合实际能力和他们学到的一技之长,得到了家长和社会的承认,为他们走向社会打好了基础。 This paper reported that the doctors,together with the teachers,parents and the members of the social community,have worked to explore the essential method of management of the mental retardation in our country.From Feb, 1988,to Jan,1991,they studied the effect of the 20treated chidren in school for mental retardation. Each child was examined on a standard index using the WISC-R IQ and social adaptability.The results showed that the IQof the treated group were all elevated from 33.7 to 41.5 on the averag e(p<0.05)and the operating IQ from 41.5 to 56.3(p<0.01).But in control group there was no improvement.The social adaptability was tested from Feb.1989.Nine cases scored lower than 8,but in Jan.1991,there were only 4cases below 8.As their parents and the society admitted,the real ability,especially some skillshave been grasped,Which is layinga good foundation for them to enterthe world.
