摘要
采用单克隆抗体碱性磷酸酶桥联酶标方法检测１９８例新生儿脐血的Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群。结果显示新生儿脐血的ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４，ＣＤ８的百分率及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值明显低于正常儿童。脐血ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４，ＣＤ８值与胎龄及出生体重呈正相关。
The McAb and APAAP methods were used in the studies on T lymphocytes subsets of umbilical blood of 198 cases infants.The results indicated that the CD_3￣+,CD_4￣+CD_8￣+andCD_4￣+/CD_8￣+ rate of infants was obviously lower than healthy children. The conclusion is that the CD_3￣+,CD_4￣+ CD￣+ 8rate be interrelated with fetal age and weight.
