摘要
本文由一次英语学习问卷调查所发现的问题提出将元认知训练纳入大学英语课程教学的设想,并运用认知心理学和应用语言学的研究成果论证了元认知与自主学习能力的关系,并讨论了有关训练的步骤和内容.
Based on the findings of an English learning questionaire,this paper proposes bringing metacognition training into College English teaching. The relationship between metacognition and autonomous learning is expounded in the light of the studies of cognitive psychology and applied linguistics, and training steps and content are discussed .
