摘要
用PEG 6 0 0 0 (聚乙二醇 6 0 0 0 )进行渗透胁迫模拟干旱处理 ,研究了Ca2 + 对渗透胁迫下白花苜蓿叶片活性氧伤害及膜脂过氧化作用的影响 .结果表明 :Ca2 + 能增强渗透胁迫下白花苜蓿叶片的保水能力 ,提高叶片中Pro的含量 ,缓解叶绿素的降解速度 ;渗透胁迫下 ,Ca2 + 能保持白花苜蓿叶片细胞膜透性的稳定 ,减少O-·2 和MDA的积累 ;维持较强的SOD活性和较高的AsA含量 ,提高渗透胁迫下白花苜蓿叶片清除活性氧的能力 .
Effects of Ca 2+ on active oxygen damage and membrane lipid peroxidation of Trifolium leaves under osmotic stress were investigated. The results show that Ca 2+ could enchance the ability of holding water, increase the content of Pro and retard decomposing chlorophyll of Trifolium leaves; Ca 2+ could also maintain the stability of plasmalemma permeability, decrease the accumulation of O -· 2 and MDA, as well as keep high activity of SOD and high content of AsA, so that the ability eliminating active oxygen of Trifolium leaves is increased.
