摘要
体育院校的就业率非常低 ,在各类院校中排在最后 ,毕业生出现就业困境 ,就业领域狭窄的特点 ,这主要是因为就业制度与人才资源存量增加的社会环境因素所致 ,某些用人单位吸收能力下降 ,尽管在某些领域需求强劲 ,仍影响了毕业生的就业 ;在人才供给一方 ,体育院校的培养目标、专业设置、课程体系不尽合理 ,研究生规模小 ,人才预测工作薄弱 ;而毕业生自身文化基础薄弱 ,考取研究生的概率较低 ,并受到择业观念的影响 。
The rate of employment is lower than those various colleges. There are two features about employment: 1) graduates are confronted with difficult position of employment and 2) the scope of employment is very narrow. Firstly, we analyze society. Employment system is not perfect, the human source increase, some basic units and enterprises reduce personnel. Secondly, we discuss PE institute. The goal of cultivating sports talents, the limit of specialty and the system of curriculum are not reasonable. The scale of enrollment system of postgraduate is small. Thirdly, affected by idea of obtaining employment, graduates are willing to enter colleges and affected by weak literate background, graduates can not pass an entrance examination of postgraduate. These factors influence employment and lead to lower rate for graduate.
