摘要
强化新时期银行结算手段的开发与运用,对入世后我国经济建设的意义非常重大。本文通过对银行保理业务的基本内涵,开展银行保理业务的重要意义,及目前存在的主要问题的探讨,提出了我国银行开办保理业务应采取的措施。
To strengthen the development and application of bank settlement means is of great importance to the economic construction in China after Chinas admission to WTO.This paper puts forward the measures should be taken when develop service-business on the basis of studying its connotation ,significance and existing problems.
