摘要
1986-1991年,将大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种在哈尔滨小黑豆等抗病品种上连续强迫繁殖9-10代,重新鉴定选择后的线虫群体的生理小种类型。在哈尔滨小黑豆上选择的线虫群体发生明显的变异,变为2号生理小种,在长粒黑上的线虫群体变为4号小种,在Peking上的线虫群体变为14号小种,在Franklin上的线虫群体变为13号小种,而在Lee 68上繁殖的线虫群体仍为3号小种。在抗病品种上选择后的线虫群体的致病力均明显增强。
Race 3 of soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines) was re- produced continually on resistant soybean varieties for 9-10 generations during 1986-1991, and then its populations selected were retested on differential hosts of soybean cyst nematode. Results showed that the population of the race 3selected on resistant soybean‘Harbin', a black seeded cultivar, acted as race 2, on ‘Changlihei', as race 4, on ‘Pe- king', as race 14 and on ‘Franklin', as race 13, while on ‘Lee 68', still as race 3. The virulence of populations selected on resistant soy- beans was obviously increased also
