The heat shock response is a common cellular reaction to external stressers.A characteristic set of proteins is synthesized shortly after the organism is exposed to stress.Heat shock protein 70 family are the most strongly induced heat shock proteins.They are also called stress protein or molecular chaperones.They carry out important cellular functions,such as molecular chaperones,cellular protection.
