摘要
目前，中国心脏病患者的系统康复运动治疗尚属空白。本文简单介绍了心脏康复运动在德国的组织形式及其特点．并以德国吉森大学运动医学研究中心保罗·诺瓦科教授领导的门诊心脏康复运动组为例，说明了德国的心脏病患者如何合理安全地进行心脏康复运动。
At present, Chinese heart patients have not be treated by a scientific sports -medical therapeutic exercise yet. The following article is a brief introduction of Heart-sport for rehabilitation in Germany which gives an example with the "Rehabilitation Sports Group" of the "Institute of Sportsmedicine at the Justus-Liebig-University Giessen"by Professor Paul E. Nowacki to explain how can Germen heart patients takes sports safely and reasonably.
