摘要 为证伪普遍语法在第二语言习得中的有效性,学者们以Chomsky(1981, 1986)的原则和参数为视野,采用各种方法,从第二语言习得的不同方面考察普遍语法在第二语言习得过程中的通达情况。本文以临接原则为聚焦点,检讨普遍语法中的原则和参数在第二语言习得中的检验,同时探讨了实验的方法论问题。 To test the availability of Universal Grammar (UG) in second language acquisition (SLA), researchers concern themselves with the Principles-and-Parameters framework (Chomsky, 1981, 1986) and adopt different methods to multidimensionally investigate the accessibility of UG to the process of SLA. This paper, by concentrating on the Subjacency Principle, examines the testing of the UG principles and parameters in SLA. It also discusses the experimental methodology in SLA research.
