摘要
通过自行设计的有氧健身操 ,观察运动中心电变化来确定中老年女性有氧健身操锻炼的最佳负荷 ,探讨有氧健身操对心脏功能及 WHR的影响。结果显示 :中老年女性在参加有氧健身操锻炼时 ,宜采用本人最高心率的 6 0 %~ 70 % ,随着运动能力的增强 ,此强度可适当提高到本人最高心率的 70 %~ 85 % ,应不出现运动心电图改变 ;有氧健身操锻炼可改善中老年女性 WHR,减少腰腹部的脂肪堆积 ,增强心功能 ,增强运动能力。中老年女性的
The purpose of this study was to investigate by ECG the effects of aerobic exercise on the cardiac function and WHR in middle and old aged women. The authors themselves designed the aerobic exercise. The results showed that middle and old aged women should adopt 60 70% of their maximum heart rate when they do exercise. Along with their exercise ability improved, the intensity could be increased to 70 80%, but the exercise ECG should not change. Long term aerobic exercise could induce the improving of WHR for middle and old aged women, decrease fat in waist and abdomen, improve cardiac function and muscle movement. There was a negative interrelationship between WHR and exercise ability in middle and old aged women.
