摘要
本文从高校体育现状出发 ,从理论和实践两方面提出 ,以课程教学体系与课外体育密切结合的新体育教育体系。
Aiming at the current situation of college physical education,the author brought forward theoretically and practically the new PE curricular system which combines the curricular teaching system and extracurricular physical education together.
