摘要
针对体育院校正在实行或将要实行的教师聘任制工作中的有关问题 ,如必须遵循的原则、影响因素、目标确立、把握好几个环节 ,以及创造体育院校推行教师聘任制的条件等 ,从理论与实践两方面进行了探析。
In the present paper, the author analyses the related problems in conducting the appointive employment for teachers in physical education institutes, which is being carried out or will be carried out. These problems are approached from theoretical and practical aspects and they include the principles that must be followed, the factors that play functions, the establishment of targets, several sectors that should be well handled and the creation of the conditions for practicing the appointive employment of teachers in physical education institutes.
