摘要
经内镜注射硬化剂是治疗食管静脉曲张的有效方法。自 1998年 8月至 2 0 0 0年 6月为 35例食管静脉曲张破裂出血的患者进行了 86次硬化剂治疗 ,发现最常见的术后并发症为出血、溃疡、穿孔及狭窄、胸骨后疼痛等。硬化剂治疗后并发症的出现与病人的一般情况、治疗时机、治疗方法的不同、硬化剂的种类等因素有关。
Injecting stiffener under endoscope is an effective method in treating hemorrhage from esophageal varices. From August 1998 to June 2000, 35 patients had been treated with stiffener under endoscope for 86 times. Found out that the most frequent complications were bleeding, ulcer, poring and narrowness, paining behind sternum and so on. Whether the complications appear or not is related with the general conditions of patients, treatment periods, treating ways and kinds of stiffener. So giving more attentions to the complications after treating with stiffener can obtain better treating effect.
