摘要
本实验主要采用生化和电生理两种方法来探讨复方丹参和辅酶Q_(10)。对心肌的保护作用。实验结果发现损伤心肌组织中,线粒体辅酶Q_(10)和全血中ATP,ADP含量降低,说明损伤心肌组织能量代谢发生障碍,同时电生理指标也发生改变。为此,我们开展了复方丹参和辅酶Q_(10)对心肌保护作用的研究,实验结果证实,这两种药物对心肌有明显的保护作用。
In this paper the protective effects of compound salviae miltiorrhizae and ubiquinone-10 on myocardium were observed by methods of both biochemistry and electrophysiology. It was found that in damaged tissues the ubiquinone-10 content in mitochondria, ATP, ADP contents in blood were lowered than those in the control group. The electrophysiological indices were also changed. It is discovered that compound salviae miltiorrhizae and ubiquinone-10 have protective effects on myocardium and are able to raise these indices.
