大骨节病区粮所致大鼠软骨损害的细胞代谢特点 被引量:3

摘要 应用KBD病区粮饲养大鼠,从细胞代谢水平观察了软骨损害的生化学特点。在实验60天时,实验组大鼠与对照组相比发生以下变化:(1)血清ALPase、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)含量明显升高(P<0.05);(2)软骨组织ALPase活力明显升高(P<0.01),而肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、GOT活力明显降低(P<0.01);(3)软骨中高分子蛋白多糖的分子量和在体外重新聚合能力降低,而低分子蛋白多糖含量相对增加,蛋白多糖总含量降氏。这些改变与在KBD病人和病区粮饲养的恒河猴所观察到的实验结果完全一致。我们认为在实验大鼠观察到的这些代谢障碍是KBD病人的较早期的代谢受损害的表现。 The Rats were fed with grain from Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD)area and the changes of metabolism in the resting and hypertrophic zone of costal cartilage were examined. The changes observed in rats fed on KBD grain were as follows:Serum alkaline phosphatase,GOT and GPT activities were increased (P<0.05); The cartilage alkaline phosphatase activity was remarkably increased (P<0.01),and CK and GOT activities were greatly decreasad (P<0.01). And the hydrodynamic size of cartilage proteoglycans was decreased and low molecular proteoglycans increased, total contents of proteoglycans were decreased. These results showed that the changes observed in the rats fed on KBD grain are similar to those observed in the model of KBD Rhesus monkey and KBD patients and perhaps they are the early events of metabolic disorders in patients with KBD.
