摘要
观察了孕期及生后早期严重碘缺乏对第一代子鼠发育期大脑单胺类神经递质的影响。结果表明,低碘喂养组大鼠端脑去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺和5—羟色胺均明显低于对照组。提示缺碘严重影响了发育期大鼠脑内单胺能神经元的发育,可能与其智力下降、神经运动功能障碍和生长发育落后等有关。
The effects of Xodine-deficiency on the development of NE 5—HT and DA in neonatal rat brain were strdiedin this experiment with HPLC on the iodine-deficiency animal model of rats fed on a severe iodine-deficiency diet atJixian village with a high-rate of endemic cretinism (11.04%).Our results showed that DA.NE and 5—HT con-tents in neonatel rat brain were significantly lower than those in the control,especially during day 10~30 afterbirth.The results indicated that iodine-deficiency severely affected the development of monoamine neurons inbrain,as opened a new vista for the comprehension of biochemical mechanism underlying central nervous systemmalfunction.
