摘要
本试验复制了慢性氟中毒家兔病理模型,并对其肝和肾碱性磷酸酶(ALPase)和三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)进行了动态细胞化学研究。结果表明,肝和肾的 ALPase 和 ATPase 活性减弱,且随氟中毒时间延长而活性进一步减弱。对其活性抑制的机制以及氟中毒的膜系统损伤机制进行了初步探讨。
The animal model of chronic fluorosis in domestic rabbit was replicated and the changes of Alkalin phos-phatase (ALPase) and adenosine trciphosphatase (ATPase) aclivities of the liver and kidney observed.The resultsshowed that the activities of ALPase and ATPase in both the liver and kidney were decreased,and the changes ofthe activities varied with the length of illness.The mechanism of the activit change and the changes of injury ofmembranous system was discussed.
