摘要
报告青海省碘缺乏病区7—16岁儿童生长发育与垂体—甲状腺功能的结果。病区儿童发育延迟明显高于非病区儿童(P<0.01),且以女性为著。重病区及补碘不充分的地区儿童的体格发育落后于轻病区,充分补碘的地区及非病区。此外,病区还有部分亚临床型甲状腺功能低下症病人。
The paper reported a study of physical development and pituitary-thyroid function of children and teenagersaged 7～16 in iodine deficiency areas of Qinghai province.The results showed that retardation of physical develop-ment in endemias was significantly higher than that of non-endemias(P<0.01),particularly in females.The physi-cal development in moderate and severe areas and districts of insufficient iodine supplementation were much poorerthan thoes of mild and adequate iodine-supply areas and control.Some of the inhabitants showed subclinical hy-pothyroidism.
