摘要
本实验通过2%KI,0.5ml/100g 体重胃饲豚鼠,发现对甲状腺组织 cAMP、cGMP、腺苷酸环化酶(AC)和 cAMP 一磷酸二酯酶(cAMP—PDE)活性并无明显影响。说明高碘与低碘所致甲状腺肿的机制不同,为高碘地甲病发生学提供了重要的生化指标。
Guinea pigs were given sith 2% KI (0.5ml/100g body wight).The results showed that excess iodine did notchange the levels of cAMP、cGMP、adenylate cyclase and cAMP-phosphodiesterase in thyroid.This study demon-strated that the mechanism of iodide-induced goitre was different from that of iodine-deficient goitre and suppliednew data to the existing theory of iodide-induced goitre
