论述了医院门诊工作的主要特点和近几年来医院门诊建设取得的成绩与进步,分析了医院门诊建设面临的挑战和发展机遇,阐述了当前医院门诊管理要重点探讨解决的几个问题,即转变观念,切实把加强门诊建设摆到重要位置;以病人为中心,建立健全门诊质量保证体系;改革创新,完善门诊管理运行机制;综合治理,营造崇尚文明的医院门诊文化氛围;发挥学术组织作用,繁荣门急诊管理学术研究。
The author discussed on primary characteristics of hospital clinic, progresses and advances of hospital clinic development in recent years, analyzed the challenges and opportunities that the hospital clinic faced, discussed several key issues related to hospital clinic management. The relevant issues included changing the thought and focusing the clinic development practically, establishing a quality assurance system according to the patient oriented belief, completing clinic management mechanism through reformation and innovation, creating cultural environment that hospital clinic was surrounded, thriving academic research on emergency management by bringing academic association into play.
