汞蒸气对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性研究 被引量:10

摘要 实验小鼠每天暴露于汞蒸气中染毒2h,每周6天,连续2个月。结果发现,汞在睾丸组织呈现一定的蓄积作用。睾丸组织形态学观察发现,染毒组出现曲细精管层次紊乱、层次减少以及退行性变等病理变化。血清睾酮含量降低、与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。睾丸及附睾乳酸脱氢酶同功酶X相对含量,各剂量组与对照组比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。染毒组精子数量减少、活动能力下降、畸形率增高,0.146和0.338mg/m^2剂量组与阴性对照组比有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。汞蒸气对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性呈现剂量反应关系。 The reproductive toxicity of mercury vapor on male BALB/c mice was studied. Animals were exposed by inhala- tion to mercury vapor at the doses of 0. 036, 0. 146,and 0. 338mg/ms for 2h/day, 6 days/w over 2 months, respective- ly. It was found that mercury was accumulated in the testis. There were decreased layers of the spermatogenic cell and dis- organized spermatogenic cells. The seminiferous rubles degen- erated at the dose of 0. 338mg/m^3, The serum testosterone level in the experimental groups obviously decreased (p<0. 05). In the activity of LDH-X of the testis and epididymis there were no differences between the experimental groups and the control group (p>0. 05). Sperm analysis showed that sperm count and sperm motility significantly decreased and the rate of sperm abnormality increased(compared with the control group p<0. 05 or p<0. 01). The results showed dose-re- sponse relationships.
