精节生产的提出,反映了现代化生产技术的发展和深化。本文从什么是精节生产,精节生产的重要性,怎样来实现精节生产这三方面简要地介绍了精节生产的涵义。所介绍的芬兰某生产微型计算机的工厂面貌,可作精节生产工厂之举例。
The advance of the lean prodrction reflect the development and deepening of modernization production.In this paper,the implication of lean production are described briefly from three respect:what is the lean production,importance and meaning of lean production,how to accomplish the lean production.
