摘要
根据国家有关高等学校教师考核的规定、相关研究成果和本校教师考核工作的经验积累 ,结合客观实际 ,通过比较研究 ,探讨了北京体育大学教师考核指标体系的建立及实际运用的效果。研究中的系数法使得教师的考核进一步量化 ,并对其科学性、合理性做出了检验。
The research was carried out according to the Chinese regulations for the assessment of teachers at colleges and universities, based on the results of researches concerned and the accumulated experiences in the assessment of teachers in Beijing University of Physical Education. The setting up of the assessment index system for teachers of BUPE and its effects in practical application were discussed by combining with the objective reality and by comparative study. The coefficient method used in the research has made the assessment more quantitative, and the system was proved to be scientific and rational.
