摘要
采用健康成年鸡的自身对照实验,研究鸡的前背阔肌(ALD)和后背阔肌(PLD)失神经后胰岛素受体的改变。结果:失神经4周后,鸡前背阔肌失神经4周后其细胞膜胰岛素受体的高亲合位点的解离常数(kd)减小(2.6±0.2vs,1.3±0.1nM,p<0.05),结合容量(Bc)减少(295±34vs,181±17fmol/mg膜蛋白),最大结合力(Bmax)增加(1878±142vs,2361±182cpm,P<0.05)。与此相反,后背阔肌的kd增大(2.5±0.4vs,7.2±0.7nM),Bc增加(154±24vs,249±43 fmol/mg膜蛋白),Bmax减少(1271±178vs,822±153cpm)。ALD和PLD的胰岛素受体的这种相反改变可能与失神经后ALD肥大和PLD萎缩有关.
The changes in insulin receptors were studied in chick anterior latissimus doris (ALD) and posterior latissimus doris (PLD) 4 weeks after denervation. The dissociation constant (kd) for high-affinity insulin receptors in ALD was reduced (2.6±0.2vs, 1.3±0.1nM, P<0. 05), bindcapacity (Be) was decreased (295±34vs, 181±17 fmol/mg membrance protein, P<0.05), but maxium binding (Bmax) increased (1878±142 vs, 2361±182 epm, P<0.05).Ineontrary, kd for high-affinity insulin receptors in PLD increased (2.55±0.4vs, 7.2±0.7nM P<0.05); Bc increased (154±24vs, 249±43 fmol/mg membrance protein, P<0.05), but Bmax was decreased(1271±178vs, 822±158cpm). This different change in insulin receptors between ALD and PLD might he related to the development of hypertrophy(+54.99%) in denervated ALD and atrophy (-54.7%) in denervated PLD.
