摘要
借反相高压液相色谱法分离了钒(Ⅴ)和镍(Ⅱ)的5-Br-PADAP螯合物、于Zorbax CN柱上,用含10^(-2)mol/L KHSO_4-NaAc缓冲剂(pH 3.5)的70%甲醇-30%水(V/V)作流动相(0.7ml/min)可在18分钟内将此二螯合物分离并于550nm处检测。检测限为0.3 ng V(V)和2 ng Ni(Ⅱ),此方法已应用于合金钢和钒渣中钒的测定,以及水样中钒和镍的测定。
The 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) chelates of vanadium (Ⅴ) and nickel (Ⅱ) have been separated by reversed-phase high-pressure liquid chromatography. The metal chelates, in 50% aqueous ethanol solution, are separated within 18 rain on a Zorbax CN column with 10^(-2) mol/L bisulphate-acetate buffer (pH 3.5) in methanol-water(70: 30V/V) as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 0.7 ml/min, and then detected spectrophotometrically at 550 nm. The detection limits for V(Ⅴ) and Ni(Ⅱ)are 0.3 and 2 ng, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of vanadium in alloy steel and of vanadium and nickel in water samples.
