摘要
在西药治疗的基础上，加用黄芪注射液和川芎嗪注射液、静脉滴注，治疗难治性心衰３４例，并与西药治疗的３０例相对照。结果表明：治疗组显效１１例，有效１９例，无效４例；对照组显效３例，有效１７例，无效１０例。治疗后在血液动力学、流变学方面，治疗组绝大多数指标均得到显著或极显著改善（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），对照组各项指标几无明显改善（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Objective:The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effects of vetch and tetramethy
pyrazine(TMP) injectious combination on chronic and subbornheart failure (CSHF).Methods:64
enrolled cases with CSHF (the 34 cases in therapeutic group,30 cases in control group) were
observed in the parameters of hemodynamic and hemorrheology.Results:The clinical
cure,rffective and ineffective in therdpeutic group were respectively 11,19 and 4 cases.however.
3.17 and 10 cases in control group.There is significant differece between two groups
(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vetch and TMP injections combination could markedly improve the
parameter value of hemodynamics and hemorrheology in the patients with CSHF.
