摘要
使用企业领导行为评价调查量表调查了34 个企业单位的116 名企业中层领导,由他们评价了上层领导。调查结果表明,上层领导团体维持方面较为突出,而工作绩效方面较一般;1/3 上层领导属于 P M 型领导,即最佳领导类型;领导行为两个因子之间存在一定的联系; P M 型上层领导具有最佳的环境因素;不同层次、不同文化背景下的领导。
enterprise middle-level leaders were investigated with Performance Maintenance Questionnaire on Leadership Behavior to evaluate the senior level leaders of 34 enterprise unites. The result indicates that senior level leaders' score in Maintenance is the highest but in Performance is ordinary; a certain relation exists between Performance and Maintanance; PM leaders have the best environmental factors,and leaders with different level and different cultural background have almost the same environmental factors.
