摘要
21 世纪是一个多元化的新世纪,我国市场经济的发展表现出多元化的趋势,企业员工也越来越多地具有多元化的特点。为此,企业人力资源管理必须适应多元化时代特征的要求已是十分迫切。为了探讨多元化的特征、意义及其产生的原因,提出了整合与同化、生涯式管理、弹性激励、多元化人才需求与招募以及多元化人才测评等七种人力资源管理新模式。
The 21st century will be a pluralistic new century in which China's market economy will have a multi\|development tendency, and employees will become more and more diversified. Thus, it is necessary to adjust the human resource management (HRM) to adapt the new pluralistic times. This paper discusses the characteristics, meaning and development of diverse employees, and puts forward seven HRM new models: Conformity and Integrity Model; Career Management Model; Flexible Motivation Model; Multi\|demand and Multi\|employee\|recruitment of Employees Model; Multi\|measurement and Multi\|assessment Model.
