摘要
目的：报告单侧外固定架结合有限内固定治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折并进行疗效评估。方法：Ｘ线监控下，平行股骨颈及垂直于股骨干穿入螺纹钉。复位小粗隆，实施有限内固定，每二周调整外固定架一次。结果：本组２４例经０．８～１．３ 年随访，优良率达９１．６％ 。结论：此方法并发症少，可减少严重髋内翻及延迟愈合。
Objective:To describe the experience of external fixator with limited internal fixation for unstable intertrochanteric fracture and to evaluate the outcome.Mothod:Under x-ray controlling.Several screws were fixed,which were paralled femoral reck and vertical to the femur axis.To restore lessor trochanter,construct limited internal fixation,adjust the exterual fixation every other week.Results:Follow-up study of 1.8～1.3 years,showed excellent and good rate 91.6% in 24 cases.Condusion.The method occurs less complications,reduce severe coxa vara and delayed union.
