摘要
从新生兔四肢长骨中分离的破骨细胞与牛骨片在体外培养后,加入不同浓度黔岭霍注射液再培养,并设立对照,用倒置相差显微镜观察黔岭霍对破骨细胞形成骨吸收陷窝的影响。结果显示黔岭著3个浓度组(0.15mg/ml、1.5mg/ml、15mg/ml)与对照组比较均能抑制破骨细胞在骨片上形成吸收陷窝的数量,增加药物浓度抑制作用亦趋增强(P<0.05)。
Osteoclasts were isolated from the long bones of newborn rabbits and cultured on bovine slices in vitro. Each bone slice was placed in a wall of a 24-well culture plate containing various concentrations of Chinese herb epimedium leptorrhizm Stearn in medium 199 or in control medium. Under phase-contrast microscope, the effect of epimedium leptorrhizm Stearn on bone resorption lacunae generated by osteolasts was observed. The results show that all of the concentrations of epimedium leptorrhizm Stearn (0.15mg/ml, 1.5mg/ml, 15mg/ml) have significant inhibitory effect (P<0. 05),which is increased with concentration of drugs.
