摘要
对各种刮刀涂布过程的流体特性进行了分析。对各种条件下流场的分布,特别是旋涡的产生进行了研究。含有非球形颜料颗粒的非牛顿型涂料在各种流场的作用下,对最终涂层的性能可能起的作用,即对涂层中颗粒间排列的影响进行了讨论。并对在不同车速的条件下,对刮刀涂布机的选型提供了理论依据。
Blade coating is the most popular coating method in the world today. The main focus of this paper are the flow characteristics of various blade coating set-ups and their flow patterns, especially the development of various vortices during coating color applications. The effcts of flow patterns in various blade coating set-ups on the final coating properties, mainly the particle packing orientation in the coating layer ,have been discussed. This will provide the paper makers with a theoretic foundation in choosing their coating methods.
