斗南锰矿应用超快硬水泥卷锚杆加固采场顶板的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 文中针对斗南锰矿白姑矿区缓倾斜房柱法采场直接顶板发生局部单层脱落、岩层悬壁折断垮落和倒台阶型冒落的情况,试验研究了超快硬普通水泥卷锚杆加固采场直接顶板获得成效,从而使采场跨度由过去的4—6m 增大到8—10m,矿石回采率由60%提高到81.3%,采矿成本比过去降低了7.3%,具有较好的经济效益. Previously,pillar-and-room method was applied into gentlely dipping orebody of Dounan Manganese Mine.This mining method had some problems with the partial single-layer drop of stope direct roof and the rock stratum collapse.A new method-ultrarapidly fixed cement strut has been used to solve these problems.The fixation of the direct roof of stope has been achieved.The stope span is increased from 4-6m to 8-10m.The ore stoping rate is raised from 60% to 81.3%.The cost of mining has a drop of 7.3%.A good economic benifit has been pro- duced.
