摘要
在造纸过程中,对纸张定量和水份的控制是一具有大的纯滞后及强耦合的多变量系统,为了实现多圆网或多圆网加长网的板纸机定量及水份的控制,本文根据上述板纸机的特性,采用了具有扰动前馈控制及前馈解耦的预测控制算法,并根据若干可测量变量对预测模型进行在线修正.仿真及现场实际应用均达预期效果。
Predictive control was developed in the late 1970's, since then its theoretical works are deepened and its applications to industrial processes are also accepted with great success. This kind of control algorithm has the advantages of simple design steps, easy adjustments of stability and robustness et al.Moreover, it is very efficient to system with time delay and constrains. In this paper, Model Algorithmic Control is studied, and the application of predictive control is also introduced in the control of basic weight and moisture content in paperboard production. The results obrained by simulation and practical computer control in the paper mill are satisfactory.
