摘要
本文针对红麻皮部和秆芯部不同的纤维特性、化学组成和不同的制浆性能,借助于化学手段和气相色谱分析方法,对红麻皮和秆芯的综纤维紊和碳水化合物各组分在硫酸盐法蒸煮中的溶出规律进行了研究,并将红麻皮和秆芯的不同规律做了比较.
The dissolution of holocelluloses and polysaccharides from kenaf hark and core during KP cooking was studied by chemical methods and GC chromatography analysis.The results were shown as follows: Hollocellulose content decreases rapidly before 100℃,the dissolution rates of holocelluloses from kenaf bark and core are 28.66% and 40.36% respectively.From 100℃ to 165℃ and at 165℃ for 1 hr.,holocellulose content reduces slowly,the dissolution rates of holocelluloses from the bark and the core are 11.60% and 10.18%.After 1 hr.(at 165℃),they are only 1.05% and 0.64% respectively. The dissolution of glucose is divided into three phases,similar to that of holocellulose.The dissolution rates of glucose in the three phases are 27.01%,3. 67% and 0.91% for the bark,and 39.68%,6.61%,0.36% for the core. Xylose and mannose contents decrease rapidly before 145℃ and after that it slows down.The dissolution rates of xylose in the two phase are 48.57%,6.07% for the bark,and 51.31%,6.42% for the core.Correspondingly,the dissolution rates of mannose from the bark are 95.54% and 0.30%;and 70.55% and 2.05% for the core. The dissolution of galactose from the bark and the core is divided into two phases which have different turning points,165℃ for the bark and 125℃ for the core.The dissolution rates of galactose from the bark are 70.27% and 3.38% in the two phases,and 66.67% and 4.30% for the core. The arabinose content decreases significantly before 125℃,the dissolution rates of arabinose from the bark and the core are 77.95% and 86.09% at this early stage.After 125℃,however,the arabinose content of the bark alows down significantly,its dissolution rate is 10.24%,and for the core is only 0.87%.
