病害胁迫下不同抗病性棉花品种(系)叶片组分内生化指标的差异比较 被引量:4

摘要 不同抗病类型棉花品种(系)和同一品种(系)的感病和不感病植株,在病害胁迫时叶片组分内生化指标表现出明显的差异。研究结果表明:抗病品种膜脂过氧化水平低,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性弱,可溶性蛋白质(PRO)含量高。不抗病品种表现趋势相反。同一品种(系)内感病植株和不感病植株相比,膜脂过氧化水平、SOD活性和POD活性皆较高,可溶性蛋白质含量较低,差异达极显著水平。对酶活性与田间感病指数作相关分析,发现SOD和POD活性与田间发病指数存在明显的正相关关系。 There are obvious differences for some biochemical ingredients in leaves of different fusarium wilt-risistant cotton hirsutum variety types and the infected and non-infected plants for the same cotton variety under the condition of Fusarium Fugi press. The disease-resistant varieties displayed low membrane lipid peroxidation. Weak SOD and POD activities and high soluble protein content with respect to the disease-sensitive ones the membrane lipid peroxidation and SOD and POD activity of infected plants appeared signicantly higher than that of non-infected plants. But the soluble protein content of infected plants was significantly lower than that of non-infected. For the same variety, the SOD and POD activity was positively correlated with the field disease-infected index.
