摘要
目的 探讨以诺氟沙星、盐酸麻黄碱为主药配制复方诺氟沙星滴鼻液的制备方法、质量控制和临床应用效果。方法 将本品用于急、慢性鼻炎和过敏性鼻炎、鼻窦炎等患者,进行临床疗效观察。结果 使用本品后,能迅速改善鼻炎症状,疗效显著。本品具有一定黏度,作用时间持久,抗炎作用与鼻通气时间均优于同类产品复方呋喃西林滴鼻液。结论 复方诺氟沙星滴鼻液质量稳定,疗效确切,市场无供应,是临床治疗鼻炎的理想制剂。
OBJECTIVE To probe into the preparation method, quality control and clinical effect of compound nor- floxacin nasal drops which were mainly made up of norfloxacin and ephedrine hydrochloride. METHODS We used the product to cure acute and chronical coryza allurgical coryza, sinusitis, parnasal sinusitis etc, and observed the clinical curative effect RESULTS The product improved the coryza symptom rapidly and the curative effect was obvious. This product had some degree of adherence, whose function may last very long, and whose effect to resist inflammation and the nose aeration time were superior to the compound furacilin nasal drops. CONCLUSIONS Compound norfloxacin nasal drops have reliable quality, obvious curative effect and no supply in the present market. It is an ideal preparation for many kinds of coryza.
