通过对甘氨酸铜法制备DL 丝氨酸中α 羟甲基丝氨酸生成机理的研究 ,确定了控制丝氨酸生成的条件 :n(铜 )∶n(甘氨酸 )∶n(甲醛 ) =1∶10 0∶80 0 ,pH =8.5~ 9.5 ,反应 40min ,丝氨酸质量浓度为 13.6 7mg
The mechanism of formation of α-hydroxymethylserine in the preparation of DL-serine from glycine-Cu2+ and formaldehyde were studied. Conditions for forming serine was determined that n(Cu2+) : n(glycine) : n(formaldehyde) = 1:100:800, pH 8.5 - 9.5, 40 min and concentration of DL-serine was 13.67 mg/mL.
