摘要
沙门氏菌(除甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌外),能在LLSⅡ培养基上形成中心黑色边缘红色或橙黄色特征的菌落,而变形杆菌属和枸橼酸杆菌属的细菌因产生H_2S的特征被抑制而形成黄色菌落,达到从菌落形态上就可以把干扰沙门氏菌分离的产H_2S的非沙门氏菌的细菌区别开,使分离沙门氏菌的准确率大为提高,节省试剂和器材,并简化手续。采集现场的780份标本,沙门氏菌的检出率:LLSⅡ为26.8%(209/780),漏检率为0~8.4%,HE为15.9%(95/598),漏检率为47.2%(X^2=35.59>10.828,P<0.001)。LLSⅡ非常显著优于HE。其中182份标本,LLSⅡ沙门氏菌检出率为26.4%(48/182),漏检率为0,DHL检出率为24.7%(45/182),漏检率为6.2%(X^2=0.66<3.84,P>0.5)。LLSⅡ和DHL对沙门氏菌检出率无明显差异,但漏检率低于DHL,还有沙门氏菌在DHL上的菌落形态与产H_2s的非沙门氏菌无法区别。实用表明,LLSⅡ对分离沙门氏菌,菌落极易识别,准确性高,假阳性低,成本低廉(每个平板约0.08元)等特点,是一种理想的沙门氏菌分离培养基。
In the LLS Ⅱ culture medium,Salmonella except Salmonella A paratyphi formed a colony of black middle and red or orange edge. Proteus and Citrobacter did yellow colonies because their specific property producing H2S was restrained. In this way , We can distinguish Salmonella from Non-salmonella producing H2S on colony shape. We also can increase the accurate rate of Salmonella isolation greatly. It saved a large number of reagent and equipment and simplified experimental step. Among 780 Samples on scene. Salmonella positive rate and fales negative rate in the LLS Ⅱ were 26. 8% (209/780) and 0 till 8. 4%. They were 15.9% and 47. 2% in the He culture medium (P<0. 001). The LLS Ⅱ was much better than the HE. Among 182 samples, Salmonella pasitive rate and fales negative rate in the LLS I were 26. 4% (48/182) and 0. They were 24. 7% and 6. 2% in the DHL culture medium. (P>0. 5). Salmonella isolation rate wasn't obviously different between in the LLS Ⅱ and in the DHL. But in the DHL, Non-Salmonella producing H2S colony shape was similar to Salmonella's. It was so difficult to distinguish them. The result proved that the LLS Ⅱ was a good culture medium to isolate Salmonella. The colony was easy to distinguish. This test possessed high accurate, low false positive and cheap cost.
