摘要 中国拥有内河可航水道达 1 0 90 0 0 km,是世界内河航运大国之一 .然而 ,从 1 984年至 1 999年 ,仅长江干线就累计发生船舶交通事故 635 5件 ,直接经济损失累计达 9.1 3亿元 .因此 ,提高内河航运安全是促进内河航运发展的关键之一 ,应尽快建立有效的长江船舶航行安全保障系统 .文中在介绍了海上和国外内河航运发达国家的先进船舶航行安全保障设备等后 。 China is one of the largest inland waterway shipping countries in the world, having 109 000 km navigable inland waterways.However,6 355 vessel traffic accidents were happened and RMB 913 million yuan were lost from 1984 to 1999. The average number of accident was about 400 and average economic loss was about RMB 6 000 yuan per year. To improve the safety of inland waterway shipping is one of the cruxes of the matter to facilitate the development of inland waterway shipping. An effective navigation safety supporting system for ships on the Yangtze River should be established as soon as possible. This paper introduces the advanced equipment for ship navigating safety supporting system in maritime field and in developed countries. Establishment of navigation safety supporting system for ships on the Yangtze River is explored and researched.
