电磁波吸收最优厚度影响因素分析

摘要 对先驱体陶瓷样品的吸收厚度进行了优化计算。结果表明 ,影响材料对电磁波吸收的最优厚度的本征因素是材料复介电常数实部值与复磁导率实部值的乘积 (ε′μ′)及介电损耗与磁损耗的比值 (tgδε/tgδμ) ,薄的最优吸收厚度值要求大的ε′μ′及tgδε/tgδμ 大于或小于 The optimum thickness of ceramics samples for electromagnetic wave absorption was calculated.The results show that the fundamental factors that affect the optimum thickness of the material for electromagnetic wave absorption are the product of the real components of the complex permittivity and the complex magnetic permeability (ε′·μ′) ,and the ratio of the dielectric loss and the magnetic loss (tgδ ε/tgδ μ);the greater the product of ε′ and μ′,and the farther from 1 the ratio of tgδ ε and tgδ μ ,the thinner is the optimum thickness.
