不同强度恒负荷运动时的血乳酸变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 以 1 2名男性大学生为研究对象 ,分别以 6 0 %、70 %、80 %和 90 %VO2max为恒定负荷 ,测定了运动前、运动 5min、运动 1 0min及运动后休息 5min时的血乳酸水平 .研究显示 ,血乳酸水平与运动强度、某些气体代谢参数呈明显正相关 .在给定负荷下运动 5min后 ,血乳酸水平均有明显升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,恒定负荷下 ,随运动时间延长 。 college male students were assigned to exercise on treadmill at the intensity of 60%, 70%, 80% and 90%VO 2max for 10 minutes, irrespectively. The influences of exercise intensity and exercise time-phase on the changes of blood lactate were investigated by determining the blood lactate concentration of the exercisers at rest, 5 minute, 10 minute during exercise,and 5 minute after exercise. The results showed that blood lactate levels directly correlated with the exercise intensity and some of gas-metabolism parameters. The blood lactate increased significantly to a relatively high level after exercising for 5 minutes and increased without significance during the second 5 minutes exercise.
