本文通过对邯郸钢铁公司“模拟市场,成本否决”经验的分析,为大企业内部市场化以及与此相适应的计量机制、激励机制等有效管理措施提供了理论支持。
This essay analyses the experience of 'simulated market,cost veto” of Handan Steel and Iron Works,and provides theoretical support for the marketization of large enterprises and its corresponding metrological& incentive mechanisms and other effective management measures.
