摘要
随着中国加入世界贸易组织进程的加快 ,如何面对入世对国内产业和社会稳定造成的冲击 ,使国民经济持续、快速、健康发展 ,已成为当前工作的重中之重 ,本文从财政支出结构分析入手 ,探讨通过调整支出结构加强社会保障的可能性。
With China’s accession to WTO in thd near future, we must meet the problem of how to confront the infliction to internal industries and social stability. In this article, the author will discuss the possibility of administrating social security from adjusting the financial expenditure structure.
