摘要
目的：研究白细胞介素－8(IL－8)在种植牙及其牙周组织中的作用和关系。方法：采用ELISA法检测16例种植牙患者和13例健康牙龈对照者龈沟液中IL－8的水平。结果：种植牙龈沟液中IL－8检出率与健康牙龈对照者牙龈检出率比较，无显著性差异(P>0．05)，种植牙龈沟液IL－8浓度为(8．10±5．1)5 μg/L，明显低于健康牙龈对照组的(26．46±26．96)μg/L，) P<0．05)；种植牙龈沟液IL8阳性样本，IL－8浓度均<30 μg/L，健康牙龈对照者牙龈沟液IL8浓度有5例(62 5%)>30 μg/L。结论：种植牙龈沟液IL－8水平较低，可能与种植牙周围牙龈萎缩，对炎症反应迟钝有关。
