摘要
采用悬浮聚合,热聚合,XSS—300转矩流变仪塑化等方法,研究了用丙烯酸异辛酯(IA)对木薯淀粉进行表面处理,与聚丙烯进行复合的聚合条件及性质,以期开拓用单体处理淀粉,在成型过程聚合,达到改性目的的工艺途径。SEM 观察证明 PIA 对淀粉的润湿包覆良好。PIA 并能改善淀粉/聚丙烯复合材料的熔体流动性能。以埋土法初步考察了复合材料的微生物分解性能。
The polymerization conditions of isooctyl acrylate(IA)and properties ofPoly isooctyl acry late(PIA)had been studied.IA was used as a vinyl mono-mer to treat the starch surface and further polymerized during processing ofstarch/polypropylene(PP)composites.It has been observed by SEM that PIAis good for Wetting and wrapping up starch,and improves the flowability ofmelted starch/PP composites.Microorganism destructibility of the compositewere tested by soil burying.
